January, 2012 - TP 854 Pool Selections: Firms that did not score in the top 5% are entitled to receive a electronic debriefing if requested. Firms that scored in the top 5% are not entitled to an electronic debriefing.
January, 2009 - The Department releases technical proposal scores of firms by posting the scoring
results of a project on the Professional Services website. The scores are posted at the same time the approved selection is posted.
The summary shows each firms score in PM, Key Staff, Project Approach, and Firms Capability, along with the rankings in each category.
Professional Services no longer provides a debriefing summary, however firms are still entitled to PM comments via an e-mail debriefing. Once the selection is posted, firms have five (5) days to request PM comments. Requests after this cut-off will not be honored.
Selected firms do not receive PM comments through the debriefing process.

Group debriefings, rather than in-person debriefings, is the method being pursued by the Department.
