Submit all Staff Management Change, Merge, or Delete Requests by tomorrow at 5:00 PM to be reflected in the Fall Snapshot.
Staff Management: Sync Error Cleanup Completed Nov 21
Duplicate records from NJ SMART transition removed. If sync errors remain, report inactivated staff with exit dates.
ID Management Request Processing Update Nov 20
Field changes processed first, then merges and deletes. Pending requests won't count against your district before snapshot.
Clarification for APSSDs: Staff Management Only Nov 6
APSSDs only need to complete Staff Management. No Student Management, Special Education, or other submissions required.
