Activity Descriptions
Each project delivery phase has a network diagram showing the relationships between activities used to complete that phase. Each activity has its own specific description. There is a separate list of activities for each phase.
The activity descriptions show
the activity identification number,
the predecessor and successor activities,
a brief description of the work
required to complete the activity,
specific responsibilities and a list
of related guidance documents.
