Questions will be accepted up to question cut-off date noted in the technical proposal.

Question 1: Would it be possible to extend the submission date for TP 182 for 1 week to May 24th
Answer 1: Yes, the submission date has been extended to 5/24/18.
Question 2: Please confirm whether the Ownership Disclosure must be submitted with this submission or not, and if our subconsultants need to submit this also.
Answer 2: The Prime must submit the Ownership disclosure form with the proposal. Subconsultants do not need to submit the form.
Question 3: Also, please confirm that the prime only has to submit the Business Registration Certificate and the Certification of Non-Involvement in Prohibited Activities in Iran form.
Answer 3: That is correct.
