Question 1: What is the anticipated duration of the project(s)?
Answer 1: Maintenance Bridge Fender Replacement Contract 2017-2-A, Construction Substantial Completion on or before December 26, 2019.
Maintenance Bridge Fender Replacement Contract 2017-3-B, Construction Substantial Completion on or before May 20, 2020.
Question 2: Is it acceptable to specify a preference for the two separate Contracts?
Answer 2: No. Preference can not be indicated for this solicitation.
Question 3: On page 6 of the Scope of Work it states that there will be a State Resident Engineer, but in Part 2 for the Evaluation Criteria it shows a “Resident Engineer” for the Primary Task under qualifications. Is position (1) truly a Resident Engineer for both Contracts?
Answer 3: Yes, there is (1) Resident Engineer position for both Contracts.
Question 4: Is it correct that the Solicitation for TP-191 does not require a Scheduler?
Answer 4: Yes, it is correct that the Solicitation for TP-191 does not require a Scheduler.
