If you have questions about the waiting list, email DDD.CCPWaitListRequests@dhs.nj.gov.
What is the Waiting List?
There is a waiting list to enroll and receive services in the Community Care Program (CCP). (There is no waiting list to enroll and receive services in the Supports Program.)
- The waiting list is a tool that enables individuals and their families to notify DDD of a possible need for CCP enrollment and services.
- Being added to the waiting list is not a guarantee that a person will be eligible to enroll and receive services in the CCP.
- DDD evaluates a person's eligibility and need for CCP services at the time they are reached on the waiting list.
The standards for being added to the Community Care Program (CCP) waiting list and enrollment in the CCP are in Division Circular 8.pdf. In general, the Division works through the list chronologically.
