Working with our community partners, DDD established the New Jersey Direct Support Professional Core Competency Career Pathway and a new set of training requirements for all Direct Support Professionals and Supervisors employed by DDD/Medicaid-approved provider agencies. The new training requirements are effective January 1, 2025.
