Official Site of The State of New JerseyThe FAC Statewide Advisory Council is a select body of highly respected faith leaders from across New Jersey — representing diverse traditions, cultures, and communities — who serve as trusted advisors at the highest level of the Faith Action Center's work.
What Statewide Advisory Council Members Do
What to Expect
The Council meets three times per year, preferably in person. Before the first meeting, the Executive Director of the FAC will hold individual conversations with each council member — to understand the priorities of your community, learn what your networks are already doing, and build a genuine working relationship from the start.
This is not a ceremonial role. It is a real seat at the table — and your community's voice matters.
Council Size: 7 to 10 members, reflecting the religious, cultural, and geographic diversity of New Jersey.
