Effective immediately as a measure to mitigate the spread of COVID-19, nominating petitions for FEDERAL AND STATE OFFICES can be emailed to the following email addresses or faxed to the number listed below.
If you are an for Independent candidate running for a County or Municipal office, you must provide your petition to your County Clerk.

Please be advised that these are only supplemental signature pages. A candidate/designee will still need to complete all of the required documents (i.e. Certificate of Acceptance, etc.) All of the statutory requirements will remain the same.
